We currently have cleaning professionals all around London, who are all fully trained and have great experience within the cleaning industry and are local to you. We strive for great customer service, perform monthly reviews and actively collect customer feedback for all aspects and constantly improving our provided service. Our professionals have provided and signed references, full address history, Identity card/passport, Declaration forms and confidentiality forms to guarantee our staff and client’s safety.

What do our services include?

Best8 is a professional cleaning company offering high quality and affordable services. All of our staff are given task-specific training upon induction, and regular supplementary courses throughout their tenure with us to keep them up-to-date with the most modern cleaning methods.

We follow BICSc (British Institute of Cleaning Science) standards and procedures, using only eco-friendly green-cleaning products which cause no damage to the environment. We are accident free and have dedicated Health and Safety managers who provide ongoing training to all our staff. We're committed to obtaining 360-degree feedback, ensuring that our service continues to deliver the highest standards of cleaning. This pack will also contain site-specific risk assessments and method statements for each task, as well as information about any products we use and corresponding datasheets.

Cleaning Service with our materials & Equipment (Not included in Regular domestic services & One off services) - we will bring to your site the following products and equipment, along with datasheets for each cleaning product. Our equipment and products are selected from the excellent range at BUNZL Cleaning and Hygiene Supplies. All of our equipment is colour coded, and each colour assigned to a specific area. Equipment from different areas is kept separate to avoid cross-contamination.

As part of our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system you will be assigned a personal account team to supervise your account. This team will be conducting ongoing quality control inspections to ensure that the service that we deliver to you is of the highest professional standard. We also have a committed customer support team to insure if there are any problems or issues that have occurred to be resolved right away.
